Meet The Team
Jack Sharples
Jack is the man behind the chair here at Herondale’s barbershop. Here, he combines his passion for the traditional aesthetics of the early 20th century, whilst delivering excellent haircuts, both traditional and more modern styles.
With years of experience working at some of Glasgows best barbershops, Jack is looking forward to catching up with both old and new clients and taking you back in time.
Tally Sharples (& Archie)
Whereas you won’t be seeing Jack’s wife, Tally, in the shop as much, she’s in charge of our Instagram and content producing. Tally shares Jack’s passion for early 20th century fashion, and spends her time sewing and reading books. It was due to her undying love of a certain W.O. Herondale, that our shop received the inspiration for it's name.
If you’re lucky, you may occasionally find Archie waiting for you at the shop. He’s our head of security to make sure our shop remains a safe and secure establishment. He accepts bribes in form of cheese and treats.
